OSI is one of the most technologically advanced marketing research call centres in North America. With four offices located in Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and Chicago, we are capable of completing over 1,000 surveys each a day.   • Powerful Windows VOXCO CATI software system capable of handling complex skip patterns, rotations, "show", calculations, sample management, quota tracking and callback scheduling.
  • Integrated CATI and Computer Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI) technology.
  • Central supervisory platform where staff track sample, quotas, projects and staffing.
  • State-of-the-art monitoring system allowing for in-house monitoring of 15% of calls and also permits remote monitoring conferencing which allows clients to listen to calls from work, home or elsewhere.
  • Fully digital Meridian PBX system and multiple digital T-1 connections.
  • Pre-testing facilities with onsite audio and PC monitoring, remote monitoring, and/or capacity for audio taping calls with respondent permission.
  • Subscribe to the MRIA survey registration system
  • Automated and predictive dialer capacity on all our CATI stations in all our offices.
