Field Centre: Ottawa
Our state-of-the-art facility, located in the downtown core of Ottawa, is centrally located around hotels, restaurants, retail markets and public transportation; everything and anything needed for the research project. Interviewing staff is recruited from three local universities and numerous colleges, allowing OSI to offer professional, multi-lingual interviewing staff.
The facility equipment and technology include:
- Ottawa hosts 130 of our 300 fully networked Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) stations.
- Expansive boardroom and focus group facilities available for in-house professional training and client-directed project training.
- 10 available data entry stations (equipped with VOXCO data entry package or SPSS in addition to the Microsoft Office Suite) with up to 30 or more available upon demand.
- Full in-house mailing, data processing and storage capacity for paper survey tabulation.
- Interviewer kitchen-lounge located on the premises.
