Interviewing Staff: Hiring Procedures
Our recruitment process includes two initial screening interviews conducted by dedicated, full-time Human Resources staff members.
The first is conducted by telephone, to ensure that the candidate has appropriate telephone manners and can communicate clearly. The second screening involves a personal interview with our Recruitment Manager. This interview includes a test on handling difficult respondents on the phone, and allows for a closer assessment of the candidate.
Our ability to recruit from multi-ethnic populations has enhanced our interviewing capabilities. In addition to conducting interviews in the English and French languages (two official languages in Canada), our team also interviews in Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, German, Italian and other languages.
